Q : How do I book a room or optional tour?
A : Once you have selected your hotel, please click on the action’s “book now” button to display our hotel or optional tour booking form. Then complete and send our booking form by clicking “send” button located at the end of the form.
If you wish to place a booking for more than one hotel or optional tour, please complete a separate booking form for each individual hotel or optional tour
Q : What is the latest time to make booking?
A : Normally, we accept bookings that are made at least 7 working days before check in. late bookings are subject to availability. We will do everything possible to try to meet your requirements
Q : After making a booking, when will I get the confirmation?
A : After sending the booking form you will immediately receive an email or fax detailing your booking request. We aim to confirm your booking or advise on hotel availability within 2x 24 hours
Q : Can I book for someone else?
A : Yes. When completing our booking form, the guest information field should be the person staying at the hotel. The contact information and email address should be your name.
Q : Can I book directly with the hotel?
A : If you make a booking directly with the hotel they may charge you a higher room rate. The special offers listed on our website are only available through us.
Q : How can I cancel my booking?
A : If you cancel a booking please send by email before cancellation notice of hotel is failing due (see our cancellation policy located at the end of rooms and rates information column). Cancellation charges may occasionally very due to some hotel or vendors having more strict cancellations policies, especially during high & peak season period.
Q : Are special requests guaranteed?
A : All special requests e.g. early check in, late check out, connecting room etc. are subject to space availability on check in and can not be guaranteed.
Q : What time can I check in and check out?
A : Normally, check in time is 14:00hours and check out time is 12:00hours
Q : Is there any booking fee for using bali-vacation?
A : No. we do not charge any admin or handling fees. We have no hidden costs
Q : Are the rates the same for everyone?
A : Some hotels apply different rates for local residents and some nationalities. Rates displayed by us may be subject to change depending on nationality. Our staff will email you informing of any rate differences and requesting your approval before processing the payment
Q : Do your room rates include transfer?
A : No. Our hotel rates are excluding of transfer service. Transfer from airport to your hotels are available with additional charge.
Q : Are the rates per person?
A : No. Our hotel rates are per room per night included breakfast, taxes and service charges.
Q : What credit card do you accept?
A : We accept payment by VISA and MasterCard
Q : What name will appear on my credit card statement?
A : Your credit card statement will show your payment under PayPal “PT. CITRAMAN BALI”.
Q : When do I need to pay for my booking?
A : We request full payment once the booking has been confirmed. No charge will be made to you if the room requested is unavailable
Q : When will I receive my refund?
A : Normally, refunds take between 7-21 days. We will submit your refund details to our bank then instruct your credit card issuer to refund your account.
