We request full prepayment for hotel and additional service charge by Credit Card. Our accounting department will debit your credit card at least 21 days prior arrival ( Low Season ) and 35 Days for peak / high season.

All rates are quoted in US Dollar ( US$ ), otherwise mention in other specified currency such as in Indonesian Rupiah. However, all transaction will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah ( IDR ) and exchange rate based on the time of transaction. There is 3% additional of bank fee as well.

DEPOSIT
It is customary for hotels to require one night deposit for reservations made during high/peak seasons such as deposit are nonrefundable or non transferable
